Terms of Service

Welcome to Metapointer ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the MetaBots platform, including our website, APIs, and associated services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

"Account" means a unique account created for you to access the Service.

"Organisation" means the legal entity you represent when signing up for a team or enterprise plan.

"User" means an individual who accesses the Service under an Account.

"Content" means any data, text, files, or other materials submitted to the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Metapointer is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

You may not share your login credentials with third parties. Accounts registered by automated methods are not permitted.

One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

Access to the Service via API is subject to rate limits based on your plan tier. Exceeding rate limits may result in throttling or temporary suspension of API access.

You may not use the API to build a competing product or service, or to scrape or extract data in bulk without prior written consent from Metapointer.

We reserve the right to revoke API access at any time for violations of these terms.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Accounts with unpaid invoices may have their access suspended after a 7-day grace period.

You retain full ownership of all Content you submit to the Service. Metapointer does not claim any intellectual property rights over your Content.

By submitting Content, you grant Metapointer a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store it solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any Content you provide.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Metapointer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Metapointer in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Metapointer may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create legal liability for us.

Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be deleted.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
